4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. All payments shall be in Pound Sterling (£).

5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please review our policy carefully:

• Hygiene Requirement: Due to the medical nature of our products, socks can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
• Return Window: All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
• Process: To return an item, please email carl@air-tecwear.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
